Join Kiersten and Margaret for an evening to restore the mind, body, and soul. Lets achieve a profound state of relaxation through gentle, supported poses and guided meditation. Poses will be held for an extended period of time with ample use of blocks, blankets, and bolsters to fully support the body. Yoga NIdra meditation involves a systematic body scan, visualization,and breathwork allowing the mind to enter a state between wakefulness and sleep.
